High Roller

Here’s a fun riff on a traditional sour style cocktail: the High Roller. The spicy notes from the Wrack Line Rye are perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the pineapple liqueur, and why not top it off with a caramelized pineapple skewer? You’ll be feelin’ like a million bucks after you’ve treated yourself to one of these!

Recipe:

1.25 oz Wrack Line Rye

.75 Pineapple Liqueur

.25 Lemon Juice

2 dashes Orange Bitters

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake and double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry and caramelized pineapple spear.
