Joy Division
This cocktail is essentially a 2:1 martini with a splash of orange liqueur and a touch of absinthe. We have a few cocktails on the menu that pair our absinthe and gin, and whenever scrolling online looking at innovative cocktails with the same pairing we like to give them a shot. This one sure doesn’t disappoint. The touch of sweetness from the liqueur and absinthe really pair perfectly with our 50 Fathoms Gin.
1.5 oz 50 Fathoms Gin
.75 oz Dry Vermouth
.25 Orange Liqueur
.25 teaspoon Green Siren Absinthe
Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist
