Cool as a Cucumber
We have some great gardeners here in Haines and they source us with a ton of our herbs that we use in both the Tasting Room and the Production Facility. With the cool fall weather creeping in, fresh herbs and vibrant summer fruits will be coming to an end. With the last of their efforts we combine them in this cocktail for a fresh and bright drink that will make you feel like you’re in the garden yourself.
1.25 oz 50 Fathoms Gin
.25 oz Basil Infused Icy Strait Vodka
.50 oz Lime Juice
.50 oz Simple Syrup
3 Slices of Cucumber
Muddle the cucumber and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain into a cocktail glass and top off with a splash of soda water. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and fresh mint sprig.
