Mama Necha

Back in Texas I remember getting these popsicles for 25 cents that were a dried mango covered with chili powder. That sweet and spicy pairing is so irresistible. Reminiscing, I thought why not make it into a cocktail? Tajin is a popular spice with chili peppers, salt, and dehydrated lime, that is heavily used in Mexico and is routinely sprinkled on sweet fruits to give it that bold kick. Here is our rendition of that flavor. Cheers!
