Jen’s Recipe Corner

With tour season over, our guide Jen has dedicated herself to developing recipes using our spirits as inspiration. Here's one of our favorites: 

50 Fathoms Gin & Lemon Vinegrette - pictured here tossed with romaine. 

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/4 small white onion

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons brown rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 3 tablespoons Port Chilkoot Distillery 50 Fathoms Gin

  • 3 dashes Port Chilkoot Distillery Brightwork Habanero Bitters

  • Salt & Pepper 

Juice, and grate the zest of lemon. Finely chop onion. Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Drizzle on your favorite salad.
