At Port Chilkoot Distillery, we created our line of canned cocktails for every drinker. Thoughtfully selected, each flavor is meant to be approachable and easy to love. We started at our Tasting Room, experimenting with our favorite classic cocktails with the help of our skilled bar team. After much sampling, tasting, and plenty of good times, we settled on four spins on beloved drinks that we stand behind proudly. Each canned cocktail offers its own unique taste – from the sweet and sour balance of the Bee’s Knees to a crisp and refreshing G&T, there is something for everyone. Learn More!
We distill 50 Fathoms Gin in the painstaking, Old World, London Dry style and give it a Southeast Alaska twist with hand-harvested local spruce tips, whole juniper berries, cinnamon, and coriander. (That unique citrus finish comes from tangerines grown in our family grove in California; if Alaska was warm enough, we’d grow them here.) The result of this delicious mash-up is a bold yet balanced gin you can enjoy in a spruce tip old-fashioned, or with top-shelf tonic.

Bottled at a robust “Alaskan strength” 90 proof, Icy Strait Vodka is a smooth sipping spirit. We blend it with pure local water, pour it into a bottle labeled with an octopus, and there you have it: an exceptionally clean, flavorful vodka with just a hint of sweetness imparted by the corn it’s distilled from. Icy Strait Vodka is the perfect canvas for your favorite cocktail. Or simply enjoy it “icy straight.”
Once feared by authorities and furtively sought by libertines everywhere, absinthe is suddenly respectable and available, but no less lovely and intriguing. And ours, if we may say so, is especially delicious. Based on a recipe from the 1700s, Green Siren takes a fair bit of time to make, because we don’t take shortcuts. We skip the artificial color and sugar syrup, and, instead, soak not once but twice with herbs that grow beautifully in Southeast Alaska, including wormwood, lemon balm, and anise hyssop. Once it takes on its distinctive light-licorice flavor and magical jade hue, we strain it, bottle it, and make it available to you. Imbibe it in the classic ritual, with sugar cube, spoon, and ice-cold water. Or enjoy it in an innovative cocktail, or simply on the rocks. Green Siren won’t make you hallucinate, but it may nicely adjust your attitude.
Made by hand in Southeast Alaska. With a touch of Kentucky. Crafted with the same attention to detail that a boat-maker brings to his trade, Boatwright Bourbon is a blend of two Straight Bourbon Whiskeys: Our own recipe, made completely from grain-to-barrel in our small craft distillery in Southeast Alaska, and a finely-made Straight Bourbon Whiskey from our friends in Kentucky. The character is so unique, and so local, it's like a postcard from Alaska. We worked hard to make this Boatwright Bourbon excellent. We hope you enjoy it.
Before Prohibition, rye was America’s favorite whiskey. Today it’s being rediscovered, so, for your discovery, we submit Wrack Line Rye. With a mash bill of 70 percent rye grain, Wrack Line Rye has enough rye character and spice to announce its presence, yet is balanced enough to play well with others in a cocktail. It starts with our small batch grain- to-barrel distillations on site. After maturing on site for at least 3 years, we combine our rye barrels with a Straight Rye Whiskey made in the heart of U.S. Whiskey-country.
Our golden barrel-aged rum boasts warm notes of toasted sugar and toffee. Our rum starts with small batched, kettle cooked sugarcane, in the form of certified organic panela sugar straight from the Caribbean. After the Rum has been distilled, we fill our freshly emptied Boatwright Bourbon barrels to age for 12 months. Our newest spirit will transport you to the beach while looking at snowcapped mountains.
